Chicken kebabs with peanut sauce
So today i was home all day, bored not knowing how to distract myself so I tought what a better way to cook a new and incredible apetizer, I checked my kitchen and found out that my mom had left chicken breast outside ( she wanted to prepare a chicken caesar salad:P) and checked my pot of peanut butter it was half empty and all is left was a little bit. So I said what the heck i'll do whats left of it and got to work. Okay so today i'm gonna cook chicken kebabs with peanut sauce, i know what a great combination right?

For the peanut sauce:
125 ml / 1/2 cup sesame oil
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 red chilis, chopped (if You like chili:P)
2 tbsp honey
250 ml / 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
(You can use smooth but I prefer the crunchy part:P)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
Juice of 2 limes

Mix the peanut combination in a sauce pan on medium low untill smooth and hot.

thread the chicken skewers onto wooden skewers and brush with a little oil, then cook until browned and cooked through.

You can decorate them as you desire, I used iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes and chopped some chili.

Or simply decorate them this way it depends on your creativty:))

GOOD APETIT :)
